Bestr-331:   To test her faithfulness, he instructs his page Henselin to woo her. The lady rejects him constantly and complains in vain to her husband.

Bestr-379:   Finally, she gives up and invites the page to a rendezvous, where she arranges to have her maid beat him up. The knight changes clothes with the page and gets beaten, until he reveals his identity and begs for mercy. The lady rebukes him for his distrust and has his wounds dressed, but they take one year to heal.
