Euph-735:   As this search is also in vain, the father tears out his hair, cries, laments and moans. He calls on the abbot and tells him about his daughter’s, Eufrosina’s, disappearance; he asks the monks to pray for her. The abbot consoles him: explains this as a test of God.

Euph-779:   The father prays and makes donations to hospices and monasteries. The whole town laments his and his future son-in-law’s lot. But the girl can not be found: her prayer to remain undiscovered has been answered.
