When the men return they are wondering about the sweating horses and learn that the women had a tournament. The news spread all over the country. When the real Duke of Limburg learns how honorably his name has been defended he thanks the girl personally and gives her 100 Marks when noticing her father’s poverty and marries her to a rich man, with whom she has tournaments in the women’s manner.
