PfafEA-1:   A minister accuses a woman in church of being an adulteress and demands that she do penance or leave the church. As she has no intercessor she has to defend herself on her own with ready-witted puns. She has not broken her marriage because her husband is still in one piece. She has not loved strange men but those she knew. She doesn’t want superfluous love because she always lacked it. She wins the borough and the minister has to leave her unpunished. Epimythion: A truchsess has written this story to show that ready wit often helps in a tricky situation.
