Edol-1:   (=Edolanz A) Edolanz rescues Gawan and a lady by killing a giant. Edolanz comes upon a castle where he kills two dragons and four lions. (58) Edolanz and Gawan on quest for adventure Edolanz enters “lvrtens walt”- forest of adventures, Gawan takes another road. (90) Edolanz meets an extraordinarily small dwarf clad in blue and riding a white buck, who gives information about adventure at a perilous castle nearby.
